Bostik A975 Premium Paintable is ideal for sealing connection joints between:
- Stairs and walls
- Ceilings and skirting boards
- Window sills
- Wooden and metal frames
- Concrete and masonry
It is also suitable for filling cracks, screw holes, and nail holes in walls and ceilings made of wood, gypsum, masonry, or concrete.
Application tips: Ensure the substrate is solid, clean, dust- and grease-free. For highly porous surfaces (e.g. aerated concrete or limestone), prime with a mixture of 1 part sealant and 2 parts water. For optimal joint dimensions: for widths up to 10 mm, maintain a 1:1 depth ratio (minimum 5 mm). For wider joints, use the formula: width ÷ 3 + 6 mm.
Paintable: Once fully cured, it can be painted over with water-based and synthetic paints. Always allow full curing before painting to prevent cracks or paint issues.
