Application
Ardaflex Marble is suitable for bonding ceramic wall and floor tiles, porcelain grès, glass and porcelain mosaics, non-staining natural stone (indoors, outdoors, and underwater), and swimming pools. The use of Ardaflex Marble is especially recommended:
- For bonding on challenging substrates regarding adhesion, e.g., exposed concrete, calcium sulfate screeds, old tile coverings, gypsum plaster, and gypsum boards.
- On substrates where significant length changes due to temperature variations are expected, e.g., screeds with underfloor heating or on balconies, terraces, and facades.
Processing
Substrate: The substrate must be firm, dry, and free from contaminants or separating layers.
Priming: Use Ardagrip Classic for absorbent and gypsum-based substrates. Use Ardagrip Xpress for non-absorbent substrates indoors.
Application: Do not apply Ardaflex Marble at temperatures below +5°C. Apply movement joints in ceramic coverings according to regulations. Always consult the Safety Data Sheet (SDS) before use.
Mixing: Ardaflex Marble is mixed clump-free with tap water in a clean container. For 25 kg of mortar powder, approximately 7.5 liters of water is added to the container. A mechanical mixer is recommended for mixing. After a maturation time of about 3 minutes, stir briefly again and then it is ready to use. The mixed material can be processed for about 4 hours.

Storage and Stability
Store in a cool, dry place. Minimum shelf life of 12 months.
