Application
Ardaflex Marble Fast is suitable for bonding translucent, color-sensitive, calibrated natural stone. It can also be used for bonding ceramic tiles. Ardaflex Marble Fast is the ideal solution for situations where fast and efficient work is required. Due to its quick setting time, grouting can begin promptly, allowing shops and galleries to become accessible again quickly.
Processing
Substrate: The substrate must be stable, load-bearing, dry, and free of dust, contaminants, or separating layers. It must comply with the requirements of DIN 18 352.
Mixing: Ardaflex Marble Fast is mixed lump-free with tap water in a clean container. For 25 kg of powder, approximately 6 liters of water is added. A mixing machine is recommended. After a maturation time of about 3 minutes, the mortar is briefly stirred again and is then ready to use. The mixed material can be processed for 30 to 40 minutes.
Application: Do not apply Ardaflex Marble Fast at temperatures below +5°C. Apply expansion joints according to instructions. First, apply a thin layer of mortar to the substrate using the smooth side of a notched trowel. Then, apply fresh mortar to the wet contact layer and comb it with a suitable notched trowel with coarse teeth. Only pre-bond as much substrate as can still be covered by the tiles or stones while the mortar is fresh.

Ardaflex Marble Fast
Ardaflex Marble Fast is a ready-to-use, hydraulically fast-setting flexible thin-bed mortar after adding water. The cured adhesive mortar is durable, moisture-resistant, and frost-proof. Ardaflex Marble Fast meets the C2FT - S1 requirements according to DIN EN 12004 / 12002. It is low in chromates according to TRGS 613.
