Application
Bostiktop Foam is used for bonding insulation boards to profiled Sendzimir galvanized steel roof sheets and various other substrates. It adheres well to both absorbent and non-absorbent surfaces such as aerated concrete, wood, OSB, masonry, mortars, metals, plasterboard, and aged mineralized bitumen roofing membranes (provided the mineral layer is firmly attached). The product is also suitable for filling joints between insulation panels.
Note: poor adhesion on ‘bare’ bitumen and adhesion may depend on any facing on the adhesive side of the insulation board.

Bostiktop Foam is a ready-to-use, one-component polyurethane mounting foam with a fine cellular structure and low expansion. Once cured, it is insoluble, water-resistant, and rot-proof, ensuring a durable and reliable bond. This foam is specially designed for bonding various insulation boards, including polystyrene, PUR, PIR, phenolic foam, mineral wool, and boards with aluminum or glass fleece facing. Thanks to Bostiktop Foam, mechanical fasteners become unnecessary, preventing thermal bridges by avoiding perforation of the insulation material and substrate.
