Bostik FP310 Intumescent Acoustic Acrylic
Bostik FP310 is a high-performance, single-component acrylic sealant that expands when exposed to temperatures around 180 °C. This intumescent product is engineered to block the passage of fire, smoke, and toxic gases through joints and penetrations in fire-rated constructions. Upon activation, it forms a robust insulating char that offers up to 4 hours of fire resistance. In addition, FP310 provides excellent acoustic insulation (Rw ≥ 62 dB) and is CE-marked in compliance with ETAG 026 and EN 1366-3/4.
It is suitable for use in both horizontal and vertical applications and bonds well to materials such as concrete, masonry, steel, plasterboard, and plastics. The product is paintable and meets the highest emission standards (EMICODE EC1 Plus).
Storage and stability
Store in a dry, frost-free place between +5 °C and +30 °C. Shelf life is 18 months from production in unopened packaging. Limited usability once opened.
