Application
Bostik Isoltack is ideal for the quick and strong bonding of most types of plastic insulation boards on various building substrates. It is commonly used in ceiling constructions in basements and sheds, on sloped roof edges, walls, and attics. One cartridge can bond approximately three insulation boards measuring 60x120 cm, making the product very efficient for insulation projects both indoors and outdoors.

Bostik Isoltack 290 ml White
Bostik Isoltack is a special elastic insulation adhesive based on silylmodified polymer (SMP) known for its exceptionally high initial tack. This 1-component adhesive ensures rapid strength build-up and curing, often eliminating the need for clamps or props. It is practically odorless and free from solvents, isocyanates, silicones, or PVC. Thanks to its triangular rib structure, the adhesive does not sag and provides secure bonding for a wide range of plastic insulation boards, such as glass fleece- and aluminum foil-faced boards from Kingspan Kooltherm (K3 to K118), PUR, PIR, phenolic foam, EPS, and XPS. Isoltack adheres excellently to substrates like concrete, wood, gypsum, and chipboard but does not bond to PE, PP, Teflon, or silicones.
