Applications
Bostik Landscape Adhesive can be used both as an adhesive and as a sealant. It offers excellent adhesion to most common construction materials, remains permanently elastic, and is suitable for both indoor and outdoor use (UV and water-resistant). This makes it ideal for a wide range of bonding jobs on surfaces such as wood, stone, concrete, metal, and many plastics. Thanks to its gap-filling properties, it can also be used on uneven surfaces. Additionally, it is perfect for sealing joints and connection seams. Bostik Landscape Adhesive can be painted over with most alkyd-based and waterborne paints.
Instructions
Surface: The surface must be solid and sufficiently strong.
Pre-treatment: The materials to be bonded must be clean, dry, and free of dust and grease. Bostik Landscape Adhesive bonds well (without primer) to most surfaces. However, if high adhesion strength is required due to extreme temperature variations and/or water exposure, Bostik Prep M is recommended on non-porous surfaces like metal (and some plastics), and Bostik Primer MSP on porous surfaces like concrete.
Application: After applying Bostik Landscape Adhesive in dots or beads, place the element to be bonded directly onto the surface. The material can still be adjusted briefly before firmly pressing it into place.

Application
Bonding:
Substrate: The surface must be solid and sufficiently stable.
Pretreatment: Surfaces to be bonded must be clean, dry, dust- and grease-free. Bostik Landscape Adhesive adheres well (without primer) to most surfaces. However, if high adhesion performance is required due to large temperature fluctuations and/or water exposure, it is recommended to use Bostik Prep M on non-porous surfaces such as metal (and possibly plastics), and Bostik Primer MSP on porous surfaces such as concrete.
Application: Apply Bostik Landscape Adhesive in dots or beads, then immediately press the material onto the surface. The material can still be adjusted before final pressing.
Drying time: The adhesive bond can be loaded after 24 hours under normal conditions.
Cleaning: Uncured residues can be removed with Bostik Liquid 1 or Bostik Cleaner 14. Cured product can only be removed mechanically.
Sealing:
Substrate: Joints must be clean, dry, solid, dust- and grease-free.
Pretreatment: Fill deep joints with backer rod. Bostik Landscape Adhesive adheres well (without primer) to most surfaces. If high adhesion performance is required due to temperature changes and/or water exposure, use Bostik Prep M on non-porous substrates and Bostik Primer MSP on porous substrates like concrete.
Application: Apply Bostik Landscape Adhesive evenly in the joint and smooth out. Moisten tools with water.
Painting: Once the adhesive has formed a skin, painting can begin. Due to the wide variety of paints, test compatibility beforehand. When using alkyd-based paints, drying time may be affected. Movement joints should not be painted over, as paint is not elastic and cannot follow joint movement. If painting is delayed for more than 48 hours, clean the joints thoroughly beforehand. Shelf Life
Store in unopened packaging under dry conditions between +5 and +30°C. Shelf life is 18 months. Opened packaging has limited shelf life.
