Application
Specifically designed for PVC in sheets and strips, cushion flooring, and rubber up to 3.5 mm with smooth top and bottom surfaces. Also suitable for linoleum and many types of carpet.
Application instructions
The substrate must comply with the requirements of DIN 18365: flat, permanently dry, clean, crack-free, and resistant to pressure and tension, and may require pretreatment. Apply Nibofloor S 800 evenly on the substrate with an appropriate notched trowel. The waiting time is: 10 to 15 minutes for wet-bed adhesion; 30 to 60 minutes for contact adhesion. Lay the flooring into the adhesive bed and carefully roll with a heavy roller. After approximately 30 minutes, roll seams and edges again (depending on working conditions). For bonding rubber thicker than 3 mm, use a B1 notched trowel.
