Application
Stucco W-105 is suitable for leveling and repairing small cracks and irregularities in walls both indoors and outdoors. Suitable for thicknesses up to 5 mm. Also suitable for wet rooms. Suitable substrates include cement-bound and other mineral substrates such as (aerated) concrete, precast concrete elements, cast concrete, and masonry. Stucco W-105 can also be applied up to 10 mm on highly absorbent substrates such as aerated concrete. It can also be used as a thin plaster on, among others, sand-lime elements and aerated concrete as preparation of the substrate for future tile work. For large-format tiles and mosaics, the substrate must be flat.
Processing
Substrate preparation: The substrate must be firm, load-bearing, stable, and free from moisture, contamination, or other separating layers that may affect adhesion (such as old plaster layers, paint layers, soot, etc.). When joining different substrates, apply an alkali-resistant glass fleece fabric in advance.
Mixing: Mix Stucco W-105 with clean tap water in a clean bucket until lump-free. A mixing machine is recommended. Mix until a homogeneous mixture is formed that is ready to use immediately. For thicknesses greater than 5 mm, add sand or fine gravel to the mixture as a last step.
