Application
Stucco W-110 is highly suitable for plastering walls and surfaces in renovation and refurbishment projects. It is exceptionally sandable, making it ideal for smooth finishes.
Instructions for Use
Substrate: The substrate must be dry, solid, load-bearing, and free from dust, dirt, and any separating layers. Layers that negatively affect adhesion must be removed. Strongly absorbent, porous, or gypsum-based substrates should be primed with Ardagrip Classic.
Mixing: Stucco W-110 should be mixed lump-free with clean tap water in a clean mixing bucket. For 20 kg of powder, approximately 9 liters of water is used. A mixing drill is recommended. Mix the prepared mortar until smooth, allow to sit for 3 minutes, then briefly remix. The material remains workable for about 30 minutes at +20 °C and can be applied directly in the desired layer thickness.
After about 1 hour, the layer will have hardened sufficiently to allow sanding or smoothing. After approximately 24 hours, further treatments such as wallpaper, decorative plaster, or other finishes can be applied (as long as the layer is <10 mm).
Hardened plaster layers must be protected from rapid drying due to sunlight, drafts, or high temperatures.
