Preparation
- Substrates must be slightly moist, sufficiently load-bearing, and free of dust and grease.
- If necessary, pre-moisten porous surfaces using a spray bottle or similar tool.
- Ensure deformable building elements such as insulation boards are properly secured beforehand.
Application
- Shake the can vigorously for at least 20 seconds before each use.
- Remove the protective cap and screw the can onto the gun or attach the AA210 Spray Nozzle.
- When using a gun, the foam quantity can be controlled by the trigger and the adjustment screw on the gun.
- Fill joints up to approximately 80%. For joints wider than 30 mm and deeper than 70 mm, apply foam in multiple layers, allowing 1 to 2 hours between layers. Lightly pre-moisten before applying the next layer.
- Shake the can again before each reuse. The gun can remain attached to the can for up to 4 weeks if stored upright.
- For optimal results, we recommend using the AA250 Foam Gun Pro or AA270 Foam Gun Ultra.
